About the Author
Kevin Cashman is Founder and President of LeaderSource, an international leadership development, executive coaching and team effectiveness consultancy. Over the past 20+ years, Kevin and his team have coached thousands of senior executives and senior teams to enhance performance. A frequent keynote speaker at conferences and corporate events, Kevin was formerly the co-host of the CareerTalk radio program. He has been chapter president, board member and fellow of the International Association of Career Management Professionals. He is also a former Board Member of Youth Frontiers, bringing character and leadership development to tens of thousands of school age children each year.
