Price Match Policy

If you find a lower total delivered price on an identical item from another publisher-authorized seller, we will do our best to meet or even beat that price. Simply call us at (866) 522-6657 or send us an email request to Price Match prior to entering an order. Include the book's title, ISBN number and quantity being ordered, along with the city, state, and zip code your order will ship to. We'll acknowledge your email within 1 business day and let you know if we can honor your request.

Other conditions: For a price match, the total number of books you need must be in stock at the competition and in factory-new condition. The competitor must maintain a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. If we offer a free item with purchase of another item, the value of the free item will be added to the competitor’s price when calculating the price match amount. We do not match typographical errors or "member's prices". Proof of the competitor’s offer, such as an ad, URL or printed estimate, may be requested.  While we will always consider requests to match Amazon, please note that they state on their own website that "availability listings on our website are intended for single-copy orders."  And, further add "Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer" as they are not setup for bulk shipments.
