- By Fax: Please fax a completed order form or Purchase Order to (866) 522-1957. (Please include your quote number as well as a valid email address for correspondence.)
- By Email: Please email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include the billing and shipping addresses as well as your form of payment. For credit card payments please include the best phone number to reach you so that we can call and collect the card information over the phone.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online or by phone, email, or fax:
** Please note: Orders placed online or on the phone with a PO will NOT be released until we have received a copy of the PO via email, fax or mail.

Yes. The order minimums are as follows:
When can I expect to receive my books?
For orders placed with UPS Ground shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Time in transit varies from 1-5 business days depending on your location. You can typically expect to receive your order in 5-10 business days from the day the order is placed. If you need your books sooner, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options or choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. Rush orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will typically ship out the next business day.
Does BookPal accept Purchase Orders?
Yes! BookPal accepts POs from schools, businesses and government agencies. All POs are subject to credit approval. POs can be faxed, emailed or mailed to our offices. Please include your quote number (if applicable) and a valid email address and primary contact for correspondence.
What forms of payment do you accept?
BookPal accepts all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as Purchase Orders (upon approval). We also accept wire transfers (required for international orders) and ACH payments.
I found the books for less, do you have a price match program?
Yes, please contact our Sales Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the Price Match forms located on each product page. Please note that the Price Match is based on a similar order of new, unused books. Remainder copies, which are often marked by the publisher as overstock, do not qualify for Price Match.
I need to submit a quote for budget approval, can I receive a PDF quote?
Of course! Simply complete the Request a Quote form and we will send you a PDF quote via email.
Does BookPal ship outside the continental US?
Yes, but there are exceptions for certain titles due to international rights issues. For orders shipping outside of the continental US, please email email@example.com before completing your purchase. Special shipping arrangements might be required and some products are not available for purchase in certain countries. Also, please note that we charge an additional 4.5% fee for international payments placed via PayPal.
Does BookPal accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns unless there is an error with your order. Please read our entire Return Policy for more information.
Can I customize my order with a corporate logo or a special message?
Yes, we have a variety of different customization options available. Please see the Customization Services page for details.
Do you sell used or remainder copies?
BookPal only sells brand new, in print, unused books. We do, however, offer remainder copies at highly discounted prices. Check out our Bargain Books page for more information.
