How do I return an item? General Returns Policy BookPal is able to offer great discounts on books because we order them from publishers on a non-returnable basis. Therefore, returns are not able to be accepted unless you receive a misprinted or damaged copy (see below). With a limited number of titles, "returnable terms" may be negotiable in advance by calling us at (866) 522-6657. Of course, if there is a printing problem with any of the books you receive, we will be happy to exchange them at no cost to you. If you purchased the books on a returnable basis (returnable orders need to be placed over the phone), you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items need to be returned in their original packaging and condition. All returns require you send an email to support@book-pal.com requesting an RMA number. Please provide your order number and state which item you are interested in returning as well as the reason for the return. Customer Service will respond with your return authorization number within 24 to 72 hours. Please do not ship your products back prior to receiving the RMA number. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. We recommend you ship returns using an insured carrier as damaged returns will not be refunded. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
